How it works
Buying and selling locally is simple. Here’s everything you need to get started in a few minutes.
🛒 Buying
- Search or browse. Use the search bar or pick a category to find what you need. Narrow results by location, price, and the filters that matter (make, condition, size, and more).
- Open a listing. Check the photos, description, and seller details. Save your favourites with the heart, and use Saved searches to get alerted when new matches are posted.
- Contact the seller. Message them in-app, or call/WhatsApp when the seller has shared a number.
- Meet and deal safely. Agree on a price, meet in a public place, inspect the item, then pay. See our safety tips.
📢 Selling
- Create a free account. Sign up with your email and verify it — it takes a minute.
- Post your ad. Pick a category, add a clear title, description, price, location, and up to 20 photos. Good photos and an honest description sell faster.
- Wait for approval. Our team gives each ad a quick review before it goes live, to keep the marketplace clean and trustworthy.
- Chat and sell. Reply to buyers from your inbox, manage your ads under My ads, and mark them Sold when you’re done.
⚡ Get seen faster
Free accounts can post several active ads. Want more reach? Upgrade your plan for more listings and longer durations, or feature an ad to push it to the top of its category and the homepage. Manage this from your account → Plans.
🛡️ Staying safe
- Meet in busy, public places and bring a friend when you can.
- Inspect the item and test it before you pay.
- Never pay in advance for something you haven’t seen.
- Report anything suspicious with the Report button on a listing.
